These Terms & Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you and rpiv5. Please read them carefully before registering an account or using any service on rpiv5.net. By accessing the platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to all provisions set out below.

rpiv5's total aggregate liability to any Member in respect of any claim arising under or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Member in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
rpiv5 does not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. We will use commercially reasonable efforts to maintain platform availability but accept no liability for downtime caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to internet infrastructure failures, acts of God, regulatory interventions, or third-party service provider outages.
Note: Nothing in this clause limits rpiv5's liability for death or personal injury caused by gross negligence, fraud, or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited by applicable law.
rpiv5 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account at any time, with or without prior notice, where it has reasonable grounds to believe that:
Where an Account is closed due to a verified breach of these Terms, rpiv5 reserves the right to confiscate the Account balance in full. Where an Account is closed for administrative or regulatory reasons unrelated to Member misconduct, any verified real-money balance will be returned to the Member via the original deposit method after applicable checks are completed.
Members who wish to close their own Account voluntarily may do so by contacting support at [email protected]. Voluntary closure requests are processed within five business days. Any outstanding real-money balance will be withdrawn to the Member's verified payment method prior to closure.
rpiv5 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, we will notify registered Members by email to the address held on their Account and/or by displaying a prominent notice on the platform for a minimum of seven calendar days prior to the changes taking effect.
Your continued use of the rpiv5 platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with the amended Terms, you must cease using the platform and request Account closure before the effective date. rpiv5 recommends that you review these Terms periodically to stay informed of the current version.
These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which rpiv5 holds its international gaming licence. To the extent that any provision of these Terms conflicts with the mandatory consumer protection laws applicable to you as a resident of Indonesia, those mandatory local laws shall prevail to the extent of the inconsistency.
Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms — including any question regarding the existence, validity, or termination of these Terms — shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts or arbitration bodies designated under rpiv5's licence jurisdiction, unless mandatory local law requires otherwise.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, that provision shall be deemed severed from the remaining Terms, which shall continue in full force and effect.
